"We called on a Friday evening, as my daughter found a new vehicle she wanted. This is her first big purchase, and was not on her own policy. David answered, and got things going immediately. I was impressed with the calmness, and his professionalism. I want to go a step further. We didn’t have enough information to get the policy at that time. However, he told me to call him when we were ready and he would take care of it. My friends, he did what he said. Friday night, well after business hours. I can’t say enough kind words to express my gratitude. Highly recommended, and to me it’s some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Only two times I’ve ever been this impressed, for the record."

"This by far is one of the WORST office to deal with. They will not help you w ANYTHING. Update: they’ve called and only made matters worse. These people are awful to deal with, save yourself a headache. “Under insured” and “not insured “ are two different things!"
